Shipping

All items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Tracking Services.

Free shipping on all UK orders. International shipping cost depends on the size of the item - the exact price will be shown at checkout.

Once an item is dropped off for shipment, it is entirely out of my control. Therefore, unfortunately, I am unable to vouch for any postage delays. However, if in doubt, please refer to the tracking number of your order to trace its current location.

Please allow 14 days for original artworks and 7 days for art prints and cards for me to get the item prepared and ready for shipping and an additional 3-5 business days (UK) / 14 days (international) for it to arrive.

Returns

All items listed on my website are accurately photographed and described. Therefore, if you have purchased an item with me, have received the item and change your mind about your purchase, I am unable to accept any returns or grant any refunds.

If the item is severely damaged, please get in contact with me within 7 days of receiving the item.
