FAQs

Which shipping provider do you use?

All items will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st class shipping with tracking. For international orders, it will be the standard post provider of the respective country once the order has left the UK.

Read my Shipping and Returns policy here.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For card orders:
Up to 7 days to the UK, up to 3 weeks for international shipping (dependent on the country and shipping provider).

For art print orders:
Up to 14 days to the UK, up to 3 weeks for international shipping (dependent on the country and shipping provider).
If I may not currently have the right sized prints or rich-coloured cards in stock, this time allows me to order on-demand prints or create more cards. This may take a few days before I am able to get the order ready for posting.

For original artwork orders:
Up to 21 days to the UK, up to 5 weeks for international shipping (dependent on the country and shipping provider).
This time allows me to varnish those paintings that haven’t been varnished yet and to get it prepared and safely packaged for its journey.

In the most cases, items will arrive at yours much sooner, however, to account for shipping delays etc., they make take as long as stated above.

Read my Shipping and Returns policy here.

Am I able to track my order once purchased?

Yes. Every order will be sent using tracked shipping methods. Once the item is dropped off for shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to trace the location of your order.

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

If you’re based in the UK, all my shipping is completely free! If you’re based outside the UK, shipping cost depends on the size of the item you’re purchasing. It will say the exact amount at checkout. Read my Shipping and Returns policy here.

Are original paintings varnished?

Yes. Each original painting is fully varnished with a matte varnish for protection.

Can art prints be upscaled without compromising the good quality?

Yes! My paintings are scanned with at least 600dpi (dots per inch) which means that they can be upscaled up to twice the original painting’s size without losing its quality. For example, if the original is painted on a 30x40cm (A3) canvas, it can be upscaled up to a 59x84cm (A1) art print. On each print listing you will find the size of the original painting.

How do you package your art?

Art prints are put in protective display bags or wrapped in paper. Prints up to 21x30cm will be shipped as a regular or large letter. Prints between 21x30cm and 59x84cm will be rolled up and shipped in a cardboard tube or box.

Original artworks will be wrapped in paper and put in a cardboard box padded with shredded paper or similar protective layers.

Do you use plastic display bags for your prints?

I use completely biodegradable display bags made from vegetable starch for my prints to reduce the amount of plastic I use. I also try and recycle and reuse cardboard boxes, as well as padding material to be as sustainable as possible!

Do you accept returns if I change my mind about my order?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept any returns for change of mind after the point of purchase. Read my Shipping and Returns policy here.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If the order arrived damaged, it is most likely damage sustained during its postal journey. Please contact me within 7 days of arrival of your order if this is the case. Read my Shipping and Returns policy here.
